Our mission is simple. We aim to be:

A home from home where respect for the individual ensures they feel safe, secure and free to be themselves. To be recognised as a ‘top of the market ‘residential home in the areas of food, care and activities in an atmosphere of fun and friendliness where well trained supported staff work together and communicate to achieve the goals and values of Eastbury House.



People who enquire about Eastbury House are invited to visit us informally initially, either with a friend or a relative. A member of the management team will complete an assessment, visiting with the person in their own home if preferred, and establish whether Eastbury House is a suitable home for them. We offer a ‘trial period’ or ‘holiday’ before making the commitment to move into Eastbury House.


The individual person-centred care plan provides the foundation on which the care and support service is delivered to each person at Eastbury House.

This is very detailed and includes the individuals’ choices about their preferred daily routine and the support people require, health and medical requirements and the professionals involved, personal history and background information, dietary requirements, social activities, religious and spiritual preferences, general interests and connections in the community. We aim to get to know each resident well in order to adapt the service to their individual requirements.
